Established grape growers, new growers, and backyard gardeners alike join University of Minnesota Extension to learn about basic and intermediate grapevine dormant pruning techniques.<\/p>\n
This workshop will equip you with basic knowledge about grapevine anatomy and growing culture, pruning young and established grapevines, and how to repair prune winter-injured grapevines. A pre-workshop educational video, multiple hand-outs, group discussion, and hands-on practice pruning grapevines will all be included in this event.<\/p>\n
Plan to bring pruning shears if available. Some shears will be provided for participants to share as needed.<\/p>\n
