The Cidery

In the last few years, Salem Glen has started producing craft ciders in addition to wine. The two apple trees in the front yard are used in two of our ciders. As we continue to develop our own orchard, local orchards have supplied the additional apples that we need. Currently three new ciders are in the works! Stay tuned for their release!
